INTRODUCTION
Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing SunStar Consultants site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms. We are committed to properly managing, protecting and processing your Personal Data in accordance with SunStar Consultants's Personal Data Protection Policy (the “Policy”), which shall apply to all Personal Data we collect from you through our Platforms.

  4. “Social Media” means SunStar Consultants’s pages and accounts on third party social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest and Youtube;

  5. “Website” means theSunStar Consultants website accessed at the following address www.SunStarConsultants.com; and

“SunStar Consultants, we, us, or our” means a company.

During the course of your use of our Platforms and our provision of the products and services, you agree that you have provided your consent to the transfer of your personal data from us to the third parties for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or any other terms provided by our third parties and/or affiliates. Your credit card details may be collected, processed and stored directly by our third-party payment service providers pursuant to their terms of use and privacy policies. We may collect your bank account details to process refunds.
